By accessing or using League360 (league360.ca and app.league360.ca), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
League360 is a multi-sport league management platform that provides tools for organizing leagues, tracking scores, managing rosters, and generating statistics. The service is provided "as is" and "as available."
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

You retain ownership of all data you enter into League360 (player names, scores, statistics, etc.). By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display this data as necessary to provide the service.
League360 offers a free tier and paid tiers. Pricing is subject to change with reasonable notice. All prices are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated. No refunds will be issued for partial seasons.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications to the service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, League360 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada and the province in which League360 operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
